PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a pair of amino acid sequence samples of at least one objective polypeptide, and further a kit and a method using the peptide and its antibody for detecting the existence or the severity of a disease. SOLUTION: A peptide sample of an objective protein, an antibody having high affinity to the protein, and a method for producing and using the peptide sample and the antibody for detecting, measuring and/or characterizing a protein in a biological sample are required. By providing a method for forming a pair of amino acid sequences by forming and analyzing plural decomposition products of a protein from at least one of the objective polypeptides on a computer, and a computer-readable recording medium including a data base, a method for forming a pair of objective amino acid sequence samples is provided. Further, a kit and a method using the peptide and its antibody for detecting the existence or the severity of a disease are provided. |
