PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for recovering the material disposed in a wet refuse disposer, in which the disposed material flowing down toward a recovering tray from the overflow port of a fermenting tank through an overflow chute can be collected efficiently in the whole area of the recovering tray without clogging the discharge port of the overflow chute. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with a filling means engaged with the recovering tray for equally distributing the disposed material, which flows down toward the recovering tray from the overflow port of the fermenting tank through the overflow chute and is accumulated and stacked in the lower part of the discharge port of the overflow chute, so that the disposed material can reach the whole area of the recovering tray.
