PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous casting method for a steel excellent in an anti-hydrogen inductive crack property capable of suppressing both a hydrogen inductive crack flaw and an ultrasonic detection flaw in order to improve the inner quality of a thick plate member, and provide a suitable flow rate of a N2 gas blowing from a tundish nozzle. SOLUTION: In conducting the continuous casting for the steel excellent in the anti-hydrogen inductive crack property, an N2 gas in the amount determined based on a target upper limit N-value and an N-value at the time of refining is blown from the tundish nozzle.
