PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which subjects drinking water (soft drink, mineral water, juice, coffee, milk, black tea, green tea and mixtures thereof, or the like) and alcohols to oxidation-reduction reaction by means of electrolysis and electrodialysis and performs the improvement of refining and the enhancement of hydration. SOLUTION: A voltage is applied to electrodes 1, 2, an electric current is applied to drinking water (soft drink, mineral water, juice, coffee, milk, black tea, green tea and mixtures thereof, or the like) and alcohols which flow in the electrodes, the reaction of oxidation and reduction is performed in each vessel and, at the same time, the movement of ions are performed by using barrier membranes such as cation membranes 4 and, in such a manner, the improvement of refining and the enhancement of hydration (aging effect) of drinking water (soft drink, mineral water, juice, coffee, milk, black tea, green tea and mixtures thereof, or the like) and alcohols are performed. Therein, with respect to the kind of barrier membranes and the presence of barrier membrane, an efficient method is selected in accordance with the kind of drinking water (soft drink, mineral water, juice, coffee, milk, black tea, green tea and mixtures thereof, or the like) and alcohols. Also, the solutions which are flowed in an electrolysis vessel and an electrodialysis vessel are used as two or more kinds of the solutions at the same time. |
