PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting a target nucleic acid specific in a hybridization through preparing a polynucleotide with high specificity to the target nucleic acid, and to provide a method for detecting a specific target nucleic acid through preparing an amplified nucleic acid highly specific to the hybridization and immobilizing the amplified nucleic acid onto a solid phase. SOLUTION: A polynucleotide highly specific to a target nucleic acid, a method for detecting the target nucleic acid using the polynucleotide, an amplified nucleic acid highly specific to the hybridization, a nucleic acid-immobilized product, i.e., a product immobilized with the amplified nucleic acid, and a method for detecting a specific target nucleic acid using the product, are provided respectively.
