PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensively manufacturable false teeth for the maxilla causing no upward parting even if a load acts on a part at chewing time, and capable of improving mounting performance to a gum part. SOLUTION: Since a gum inserting fitting part 3 of the false teeth 1 for the maxilla can be mounted only in the gum part 6 without using a maxilla part 7 as conventional false teeth by forming a plan view horseshoe shape along the gum part 6a out of a cross-sectional U-shaped recessed part composed of a front wall part 3a for covering a front face of the gum part 6 an a rear wall part 3b for covering a rear face of the gum part 6 by continuing with the front wall part 3a, a tongue comes into contact with the maxilla part 7 at eating time so that the mounting performance at chewing time can be improved without deteriorating an eating feeling.
