PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting a hyaluronic acid, capable of increasing a content of the hyaluronic acid, capable of increasing its purity, and capable of efficiently extracting the hyaluronic acid by decreasing its molecular weight. SOLUTION: This method for extracting the hyaluronic acid comprises extracting the hyaluronic acid of which the molecular weight is decreased from a comb of a cock, wherein the method includes a process where a minced raw material is reacted with a proteolipid decomposing enzyme after the raw material is thermally treated in a state of being immersed in water at 100 deg.C for 30-60 min. |
