PURPOSE: A device for operating paths of multi devices between each processor in a mobile communication system is provided to manage a communication path of each processor having multi devices while operating paths of the multi devices between each processor, thereby minimizing changes of an application program. CONSTITUTION: Many application processes(101) generate and output data, and perform processing operations when the data are inputted. An IPC signal transmitter(102) inputs the data, and converts a target processor ID and a communication device ID included in the data into an address, then outputs the address to a corresponding device. An IPC signal receiver(103) inputs the data from the corresponding device, and outputs the data to the application processes(101) including data waiting tasks. When the address and the data are inputted, an ATM device(104) outputs the data to a target processor designated by the address, and outputs data to the IPC signal receiver(103) when the data are inputted from an external communication device. When the address and the data are inputted, an Ethernet device(105) outputs the data to a target processor, and outputs the data inputted from the external communication device to the IPC signal receiver(103). When the address and the data are inputted, an HDLC device(106) outputs the data to a target processor designated by the address, and outputs the data inputted from the external communication device to the IPC signal receiver(103).
