PURPOSE: Structure of a latch of a rear seat cushion locking device for a vehicle is provided to improve the durability of a locking device by rivet-fixing a latch with a seat cushion mounting bracket and fitting the latch to a wire. CONSTITUTION: A seat cushion locking device comprises a floor mounting bracket, a displacement preventing member, a seat cushion mounting bracket, and a latch. The latch is a U-shaped leaf spring bent inwardly. The latch is fixed with the seat cushion mounting bracket by a rivet(25a). The latch is fitted with a wire(23). To reinforce the strength of the wire, a reinforcing member(26) is welded between combining bodies(20).
