PURPOSE: A probe card for use in a liquid crystal display(LCD) is provided to make needles to be equal at length by using a wafer fabrication process and to align the needles in the same horizontal line to thereby improve a reliability thereof. CONSTITUTION: A probe card for use in an LCD includes an assembly holder(10), a substrate holder(20) connected to one side of a bottom surface of the assembly holder(10), a needle holder(30) connected to another side of the bottom surface of the assembly holder(10) facing with the substrate holder(20) and a circuit substrate(40) connected to a bottom surface of the substrate holder(20) and mounted on a drive IC. The probe card forms a guide plate(50), a first cover plate(60), a sub-substrate(70), a second cover plate(80), a first needle(90) and a second needle(100) at bottom surfaces of the needle holder(30).
