PURPOSE: A floating ship for suction removing equipment of sediment using siphon principle is provided, which can remove sediment deposited at the bottom of lake and like that in a fixed time at a fixed area determined by using detector by using siphon principle. The work is performed regardless of the bottom conditions such as rough bed without employing any divers or using sediment removing equipment of high cost. CONSTITUTION: In the suction removing equipment of sediment using siphon principle installed to suction sediment deposited at the bottom of lake by a suction device supported by floating ship and for transferring the sucked sediment to water purification tank installed at a lower level through siphon pipe, comprised are floating ship (210) equipped with a first air valve (305) and a second air valve (305') for filling and controlling air in the pipe for floating up and submerging down. The floating ship consists of a ship fixing devices (301) consisting of pulley and fixing anchor and a tension ship, and a propeller (311), a rudder (312), and panels to have a transfer space for the siphon pipe.
