PURPOSE: A safety bicycle for automatically regulating speed on the downhill is provided to travel safely by detecting speed and the inclination angle in going downhill and by setting the regular speed, and to improve convenience by charging electricity with an independent generator. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle is composed of a speed detecting unit(10) detecting rotational speed of wheels; an inclination detecting unit(20) detecting the gradient of the downhill; a control unit(30) receiving a speed detecting signal from the speed detecting unit and an inclination angle signal from the inclination detecting unit, and comparing signals with the predetermined value; and a braking unit decelerating according to a brake signal from the control unit. Safety is improved with automatically adjusting the speed in going downhill and braking conveniently.
