<p>The proteins AgaA and AgaB from Cytophaga drobachiensis DSM 12170, having sequences of 539 and 353 amino acids, respectively are new. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) genes encoding AgaA and AgaB, with sequences of 2035 bp (1) and 1440 bp (3), given in the specification; (2) sequences that hybridize to (1) or (3); (3) a vector containing (1) or (3) and expression control elements; and (4) microorganisms or host cells transformed with this vector.</p> |
