PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pseudo-adhesive sheet which has at least a pressure- sensitive adhesive layer-free surface, causes no blocking and, even after a long time it adheres to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer-free surface, can be delaminated again from the surface with no damaging to the surface. SOLUTION: The pseudo-adhesive sheet comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition coated over at least one surface of a supporting substance. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition contains 100 wt.parts of an aqueous resin emulsion and 5-60 wt.parts of fine particles having an average particle size of 1-25μm, the 5-60 wt.parts of the fine particles comprising 5-40 wt.parts of organic particles.
