PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical measuring device using a slit light-cutting method capable of performing a highly accurate section border line measurement even to a measuring object, for example, having different surface reflectances, having a groove on the surface, having an inclined plane on the surface, or having a curved plane on the surface. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a multi-image acquisition means for acquiring a plurality of images having different photographing conditions, and an image compositing means for extracting section region images satisfying a specified maximum brightness condition in each section region set beforehand from among the plurality of images acquired by the multi-image acquisition means, and generating a compositing image including a series of section border line partial images by grouping extracted each section region image. A prescribed measurement processing is executed based on the series of section border line partial images included in the composed image generated by the image composing means, to thereby generate a measurement value and/or a determination value. |
