PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a device facilitating the positioning of a light emitting tube. SOLUTION: A light emitting tube 1 having a pair of electrodes 5 is arranged in a reflector 2 so as to be able to move back and forth and to the left and the right and is lighted. The reflector 2 is fixed. The light quantity of the reflected rays of light which are emitted from the light emitting tube 1 and are reflected by the reflector 2 is measured without through an optical system which is used in actual service conditions. Next, the tube 1 is fixed at the prescribed position in the reflector 2 by performing the positioning of the tube 1 and the reflector 2 by using the measured light quantity.
