SOLUTION: The insurance determination supporting apparatus is provided with a value acquisition part 260 which acquires value information showing the values of the insured objects, a compensation-request-acquiring unit 250 which acquires compensation request information showing the extent of compensation that a contract wisher of a contract of insurance regarding the insured objects desires for the loss of the mentioned values, and a premium-distribution unit 270 which distributes the premium for the insured objects by using at least one of the values and compensation request information.
