PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for recruiting employees which utilizes a communication network and eliminates the need for human intervention as much as possible for implementing examinations, ratings, evaluations and decisions. SOLUTION: A system for recruiting employees consists of an application terminal 10, in which an applicant gets recruitment information from enterprises which are to recruit employees, and acquires examination problems transmitted in response to the applicant's request, sends answers written for the examination problems to, and receives rated results for the answers from, an enterprise system 30 that transmits the examination problems in response to the requests from the applicants, receives the answers written for the problems, decides whether or not to recruit the applicants by referring to the rated results for the answers and rated recommendations by a consultant system, and acknowledges the applicants, a consultant system 20 that contracts with the enterprises for the recruitment in advance, rates the transmitted answers written by the applicants, and transmits the rated recommendations to the enterprises, and a communication network 100 that interconnects the applicant terminal, the enterprise system, and the consultant system. |
