PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous preparation capable of solubilizing vitamins A to provide a transparent appearance, and stable for a long period. SOLUTION: This aqueous liquid medicine stable for the long period is obtained by formulating the vitamins A and a polyoxyethylene caster oil ether. When the vitamins A, the polyoxyethylene caster oil ether, vitamins E and ethylenediamine tetraacetate (or a salt thereof) are formulated, the stability of the aqueous liquid medicine is further improved. Preferably, the vitamins A of 0.001-2.0 wt.% and the polyoxyethylene caster oil ether of 0.001-5.0 wt.% are formulated. Further preferably, the vitamins A of 0.001-2.0 wt.% and the polyoxyethylene caster oil ether of 0.001-5.0 wt.% are formulated with the vitamins E of 0.001-1.0 wt.%.
