SOLUTION: In the optical disk device having an optical pickup 103, a sled motor 104, a spindle motor 102, a sled motor driver 111 and a spindle motor driver 112, the spindle motor 102 is a face opposed sensorless type, the spindle motor driver 112 is made into pulse width modulation and the spindle motor driver 112 is packaged in a pickup module 113.
