PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the formation of a rational maintenance plan for barrel former bolt while ensuring the functional soundness of a reactor. SOLUTION: An influence parameter showing the degree of influence of a stress acting on each baffle former bolt on a baffle former bolt damage timing is shared by all bolts, and the influence parameter is set and updated so that the damage prediction of baffle former bolts using this influence parameter includes the actual inspection result. The damage timing of each barrel former bolt is predicted by use of the influence parameter, and the predicted number of damaged barrel former bolts, when bundled, to the operation time of the reactor is calculated. Further, the manageable damaged bolt number allowing the damage while ensuring the functional soundness of the reactor is calculated, and the maintenance timing is set before the predicted number of damaged bolt reaches the manageable damaged bolt number.
