PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stress monitoring system capable of easily, safely, and economically measuring a stress working on a structural body over a long term. SOLUTION: This stress monitoring system is provided with a stress sensor 1 detecting stress working on the structural body 10, a measurement device body 2 processing an output signal from the stress sensor 1 for counting a stress frequency and storing it in a RAM 25, an independent power source 3 supplying electric power to the measurement device body 2 and the stress sensor 1, and wireless communication means 26, 27, and 42 taking out stored measurement data by a command from the outside.
