PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder sampling apparatus which is safe for a human body, which prevents harmful powder from diffusing and leaking to the circumference, which reduces measurement errors and by which the yield of even a powder outside the standard will not be reduced. SOLUTION: The powder sampling apparatus is provided with a crusher 12 which changes a lump substance 11 into the powder 11a, a classifier 13 which classifies the powder 11a according to the roughness of a grain size, a sample sampling part 15 which is housed in a sealed chamber 14 and in which the powder 11a supplied from the classifier 13 is sampled as a sample, an evacuation processing device 16 which treats a gas generated from the sampling part 15 and means 19a, 19b by which the powder outside the standard is returned to the crusher 12, so as to be reprocessed when the powder outside the standard is generated, while the powder 11a is being sampled by the sampling part 15.
