摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for eliminating or reducing irregularity of magnetic characteristics in a rare earth anisotropic ring magnet of injection molding which is used for a motor or the like, and to provide a manufacturing device thereof. SOLUTION: A ring magnet 1 is inserted into a ring clearance 2 of a bond magnet heating magnetic field orientation device and is moved to a device central part whose temperature is raised to melt resin by a heater 5, and resin of the ring magnet 1 is dissolved. Magnet powder which can be rotated freely by magnetic field generated by an electromagnetic coil 6 is rotated and oriented to the magnetic field direction and then moved downward, cooled and set and the orientation of magnet powder is fixed, and a rare earth anisotropic ring magnet is formed.
