PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential pressure measuring device of diaphragm seal type which can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: This differential pressure measuring device of diaphragm seal type is provided with a diaphragm seal unit having a pressure receiving diaphragm provided on one surface of a pressure receiving block, which is connected to a main body of the differential pressure measuring device through a pressure guide tube, and a flush ring of which one surface gets into contact with one surface of the pressure receiving block. A pair of holders are provided to be fixed to the flush ring on one end side, and cooperate to hold the circumferential surface of the pressure receiving block on the other end side.
