PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key handle insertion/extraction type locking device, which enables a key handle to be inserted into a fixed body by easily performable corrective operations even if a locking shaft is displaced from a normal locking position due to back tension acting on the locking shaft. SOLUTION: An end of a corrective operation tool 32 is provided with a fitting part 33 which is inserted into a large-diameter shaft hole 2 of the fixed body 1 without being inhibited by an inner flange part 4 of the fixed body 1 and which is fitted into a head 9 of the locking shaft 5 in such a manner as to be incapable of turning relatively.
