PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a providing system, a method and a program for providing delivery information capable of reducing a burden of a delivery cost on a delivery agent and improving convenience of a recipient of delivered goods. SOLUTION: The system comprises a terminal 10 for individual member used by a recipient (individual member), servers 3A-3N operated by the delivery agent for delivery management to manage delivery information on the goods and a server 20 for information service to collectively acquire delivery information on each individual member from the servers 3A-3N and provide the information to the terminal 10. The server 20 opens a Web page to display contents of delivery information and displays contents of the delivery information corresponding to a customer on the Web page.
