PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming washing tool containing a foaming washing detergent capable of foaming with water and having a vessel mounted on a washing portion to make the foam in the vessel and overflow therefrom. SOLUTION: The vessel is mounted in the washing portion. A foaming detergent is charged in the vessel and then water is poured or water is poured with the foaming detergent. The foamed washing liquid overflows from the vessel, attaches to the portion to be washed.
