PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to collectively distribute resources from every terminal to many and unspecified number of terminals without performing centralized control. SOLUTION: This resources distribution method is constituted to have a first process that determines whether or not a resources distribution message transmitted from other terminal has already been received already, if it is determined that the message has been received, discards the resources distribution message, and if it is determined that the message has not been received, receives the resources distributed by the resources distribution message, and transmits the resources distribution message and a distribution success notification message to a communication destination terminal to be set, and a second process that determines whether or not the distribution success notification message transmitted from other terminal has already been received, if it is determined that the message has been received, discards the distribution success notification message, and if it is determined that the message has not been received, transmits the distribution success notification message to the communication destination terminal to be set.
