TERMINAL, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING TROUBLE ON PC

PURPOSE: A PC trouble diagnosis terminal, system and method are provided to check a trouble on a PC at a remote place, to analyze the checked trouble, and to repair the PC at a remote place if the PC has a trouble. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a trouble diagnosis box(300) and a central control system(500). The trouble diagnosis box(300), connected to a main body(200) of a PC, reads trouble data at the main body(200), and transmits the read trouble data to the central control system(500) over the internet. The trouble diagnosis box(300) receives control signals corresponding to a troubled position within the main body(200) from the central control system(500) and transmits the control signals to the troubled position within the main body(200). The trouble diagnosis box(300) includes a data call module(310), an AD(Analog to Digital) conversion module(320), a receiving data storage module(330), a data encryption/decryption module(340), a data transmission module(350), and a trouble control signal determination module(360). The central control system(500) includes an image analysis module(510), a trouble control signal transmission module(520), and an AS(After Service) processing module(530). The data call module(310) calls image data stored at a video memory in the main body(200) if the trouble occurs at the main body(200). The image data is transmitted to the central control system(500) via the AD conversion module(320), the receiving data storage module(330), the data encryption/decryption module(340), and the data transmission module(350). The image analysis module(510) analyzes the transmitted image, and then the trouble control signal transmission module(520) generates control data appropriate for the trouble according to the trouble analysis result.
