PURPOSE: Provided is a device for providing an armrest and a back to a toilet bowl, thereby conveniently and easily using the toilet bowl. CONSTITUTION: The device for providing an armrest and a back to a toilet bowl is characterized by forming linking holes at both sides of an installation plate(10); fixing the installation plate to a toilet seat(4) and a toilet cove(5) through a linking hole of a toilet bowl with a male screw; forming a toilet cover supporting(15) at its rear side; installing and a back(24) by linking it through a linking part(16); and forming armrests(23) by linking to an armrest linking part(3).
