PURPOSE: An information and transaction service offering system is provided to allow a processing requester and a manufacturer to register necessary data at a server, to enable the processing requester to make out a processing request form and transmit it to the manufacturer, and to enable the manufacturer to make out a specification form and transmit it to the processing requester. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises steps of enabling a processing requester or a manufacturer to register data, such as a company name, a company registration number, finance data, data on manufacturing systems or important accomplishments, offering the registered data over the internet, and enabling the requester or the manufacturer to make out a processing request form or a specification form respectively, and to exchange them between each other via an e-mail or a bulletin board. The system can include steps of offering a standard estimate form for increasing a reliability of the specification form made out by the manufacturer, and graphically displaying the design data offered by the processing requester or the manufacturer.
