PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of sole which closely places an auxiliary sole around a fixing groove and an injection hole to bind to the sole completely so that it prevents the auxiliary sole from being separated from the sole for long term use. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the sole comprises the steps of: (i) cutting a raw cloth(1) along the shape of the sole; (ii) processing the cut raw cloth by a press machine to form plural injection holes(2) in a location where to bind the auxiliary sole(4); (iii) using a carver to form the fixed groove(3) as the same shape as the auxiliary sole; and; (iv) placing the raw cloth with the injection hole and the fixed groove formed at the press and injecting urethane into the fixed groove and the injection hole for injection-molding the auxiliary sole.
