The invention concerns a multimedia system for motor vehicle, characterised in that it comprises in the vehicle: a central processing unit coupled respectively to a database of the vehicle, a vehicle location system, a display system for passengers seated in the back of the vehicle for broadcasting data contained in the vehicle database on the basis of the vehicle geographical co-ordinates provided by the location system, a display and acquisition system for the driver to direct him in his trips, and a digital radio communication system communicating with at least a central management station external to the vehicle for automatically transmitting to the driver trip requests, transmitting to the external central management station location co-ordinates of the vehicle supplied by the location system, and permanent automatic loading and updating by the external central management station of the data contained in the vehicle database and broadcast by the display system on the basis of the vehicle co-ordinates. The invention is for use in motor vehicles. |
