The outer casing(14) of the cylindrical mesh body (12) is constructed from at least one filament (16) which is undone by pulling it from one end. the interwoven cylinder has a first sinusoidal filament system (18) with a number of peripherally distributed and lengthwise sections (20) which are joined in pairs at one or the other end (22,24) of the cylinder by one deflector section (26,28) each. A helical second filament system (32) has peripherally extending interconnected coil sections (34) intersecting the lengthwise sections.
