PURPOSE: Methods and devices for an image communication, an image processing, and a program are provided to efficiently utilize a CPU(Central Processing Unit) resource, and improve an image transmitting process. CONSTITUTION: An image communication device is composed of a memory unit(109) storing images, a conversion unit(110) converting an input former image, a transmission unit(111) transmitting a conversion result image from the conversion unit to a predetermined destination, a decision unit deciding if the conversion result image corresponding to the former image is stored to the memory unit, and a control unit controlling the conversion and transmission units.
