The system includes a control apparatus 100, a plurality of access points 200 connected with the control apparatus and a plurality of assembly carrying vehicles 300. Each of the access points transmits a signal, and each of the assembly carrying vehicles communicates with the control system through one of the access points. The signals are arranged so that each vehicle receives a signal of electric field intensity level above a predetermined threshold intensity level from a predetermined number of access points. Each vehicle transmits data indicative of its operation status to the control apparatus through the access point through which the vehicle is currently communicating, and the control apparatus issues an operation control instruction, based on the operation status data, to control each of the vehicles.
