PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting apparatus, with which a sheet like cushion having uncontinuous strip like pieces can be obtained without cutting the sheet material perfectly. SOLUTION: Notched grooves 18 overlapping each other are provided on the outer circumferential surface of each cutter single body 8 in a pair of roller cutters 5 and 6 and the strip-like piece 20 cut by the outer circumferential edges of the upper and lower cutter single body 8 and a non-cut part 19 by the notched groove 18 are alternately formed on the sheet material S passed through the gap between a pair of the roller cutters 5 and 6.
