INK JET RECORDING METHOD AND INK SET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording method in which ejection stability can be improved without shortening the lifetime of a head in a high speed printer. SOLUTION: The ink jet recording method uses an aqueous ink containing 10-50% by mass of a coloring agent and a water soluble organic solvent, more specifically, containing 0-15% by mass of a water soluble organic solvent having the inorganic/organic ratio of 0.5-2.4 and a water soluble organic solvent having the inorganic/organic ratio of 2.5-5.0 for all liquid media wherein the driving frequency of a recording head is not lower than 15 kHz and epoxy resin is used as the adhesive of the ink channel and the nozzle plate of the recording head.
