PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a liquid agent is dried to be forcibly solidified according to circumstances because fresh air comes in along with the reduction of the liquid agent and, further, various bacteria present in air are mixed with the liquid agent to deteriorate the liquid agent and a particulary undesirable result is generated in a case using the liquid agent in cosmetics. SOLUTION: In the applicator wherein a liquid is housed in a shaft main body and a pressure means for pressurizing the liquid is arranged to the rear of the shaft main body, a back flow preventing element moved accompanying the reduction of the liquid is arranged to the rear part of the liquid and a valve mechanism is arranged between the back flow preventing element and the pressure means. |
