PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative board having a structure which can simply remove a decorative sheet and in which a waste material can be easily fractionated, and to provide a decorative board in which a base after the decorative sheet is removed can be recycled by a simple method. SOLUTION: The decorative board is formed by forming a release layer 4 containing a foaming agent 2 and a resin 3 on the base 1, then further forming an adhesive layer 5 and laminating the decorative sheet 6. Thus, at the time of discarding or recycling the decorative board, when the foaming agent is foamed by irradiating with an infrared ray by an IR heater 7, a volume of the layer 4 is expanded to expedite aggregate breaking of the resin 3, and enabling the layer 5 to be completely released together with the sheet 6.
