PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting tool suitable for working a wide groove and working a flange on a comparatively large diametrical part. SOLUTION: A plural number of throw-away tips 6, 7 are arranged on a head end of a shank 5 by slipping them to an optional position against the central height direction and are arranged so that corners of the throw-away tips 6, 7 adjacent to each other are lapped with each other in the cutting width direction.
