FIELD: cosmetology, pharmaceutics, dermatology. SUBSTANCE: innovation deals with application of an agent in cosmetic, pharmaceutical, preferably dermatological composition or with obtaining, at least, one inhibitor of retinoic acid activity. Moreover, said composition is indicated to deteriorate or prevent hair growth. It is, also, indicated to deteriorate hair fall-out. The innovation deals with the method to treat hair including either local or systemic inhibitor of retinoic acid activity and with a kit including an inhibitor of retinoic acid activity and another active component.
