GARBAGE TREATMENT APPARATUS AND RESIDUE RECYCLING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage treatment apparatus in which the stabilization of the water content of a bed in a treatment tank can be accomplished by using a water content sensor relatively low in precision. SOLUTION: The garbage treatment apparatus 1 is provided with the treatment tank 2 which forms the bed in which garbage and chips are mixed by agitating the garbage and the chips to which microorganisms are adhered, the water content sensor 10 for measuring the water content of the bed, a controller 14 for controlling parameters for controlling the treatment tank 2 corresponding to the output of the sensor 10, and a user interface device 20 for a user to input information on garbage supply and information on a garbage treatment situation. The controller 14 controls the parameter for controlling the treatment tank 2 corresponding to the information on the garbage supply and/or the information on the garbage treatment situation which are inputted by the device 20.
