PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a decorative equipment section of a new batting center that permits provision of a novel atmosphere and a new service and a decorative equipment for a batting center of a new structure using the method. SOLUTION: The decorative equipment section control method for a batting center is intended to control specified electric display sections 24 and 24 to make them automatically flash and emit light when a fly ball hits against specified decorative display boards 22, 28 and 28 having a pressure switch, and to control a firework type electrical display board 25 so as to reproduce a state of varying as if launched from the ground, rising up and spreading radially from the center, interlocking with another pressure switch, when a ball hits against prize display boards 26 and 27, by providing the pressure switch and electrical display sections 24 and 24 in advance to specific ones of a plurality of decorative display boards 22, 28 and 28 and also to prize display boards 26 and 27 of a decorative equipment section 2.
