<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving image specific object movement decision device which is capable of stably and accurately deciding a specific object at a high speed. SOLUTION: This moving image specific object movement decision device is equipped with a display unit 5 which displays images decoded by a moving image decoding unit 4, a change detecting unit 6 which detects a change in an object or colors in a process of decoding the above encoded data, a detection condition setting unit 7 which sets up a specific detection condition, a movement decision unit 8 which decides whether a detection result obtained in a preceding frame and another detection result obtained in a following frame indicate the same object or not, and a movement setting unit 9 which designates a decision condition under which a specific object is decided.</p> |
