PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute information which each information terminal 2 specifies and requests from a radio base station 1. SOLUTION: Information selected from the base station 1 based on information requests T1 from individual information terminals 2 are not transmitted for each information terminal 2 but are simultaneously transmitted to the information terminals 2 at every distributed information by adding destination information being the list of the information terminals 2 requesting information.
