PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible flat shield cable inexpensive having high bending durability, high shielding performance and suitable for the internal wiring of various kinds of electronic apparatuses such as a printer, an image scanner, a copier, a stereo, a video cassette player, a telephone set, and a facsimile machine. SOLUTION: This flexible flat shield cable 100 is equipped with a cable body 101 in which a plurality of signal conductors 10 are interposed parallel between flexible insulating films 30, 40 and the lower surface of an earth conductor 20 is supported by the insulating film 40; and a metal plating shield layer 8 formed on the exposed surface of the earth conductor 20 and the surfaces of the insulating films 30, 40.
