PURPOSE: A system for paying medical insurance expense of a medical institution is provided to restrain an unreasonable medical insurance expense caused by a wrongful medical examination of a medical institution by paying a medical insurance expense using a credit card of a medical examination receiver in advance, thereby making the medical examination receiver check the medical examination action. CONSTITUTION: Credit card usage details generated related to a charge of a medical insurance expense are collected in a medical insurance expense supplying institution(S20). Credit card usage details are inquired to the medical insurance expense supplying institution as to a supply object or not(S30). An inquired result of a supply-objected amount of money is received from the medical insurance expense supplying institution(S40). A corresponding amount of money of a medical insurance expense is supplied to the medical institution(S50). A corresponding amount of money supplied to the medical institution is received from the medical insurance expense supplying institution(S60). The supplied amount of money and the received amount of money are calculated(S70).
