PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save power at times of seasonal peak demand for cooling and heating and obtain power supply to other home electric appliances from the atmosphere by temperature difference power generation, not by conventional power generation. SOLUTION: Power is generated by the Seebeck effect mainly using temperature difference between interior and exterior produced by an air conditioner, and the generated power is used as power supply.
